Eating
plant food is not about sacrifice, dieting, abandoning delicious foods
for tasteless medicine-like foods. It's
eating a lot of very delicious foods that happen to be very healthy and
nutritious. It's about changing for the better. It's about eating
less processed, manufactured, man-made and more of natural, raw,
organic foods that don't need engineering to make them taste
delicious - they naturally are. It's eating cheaper, healthier, more
abundant foods without caging, enslavement, torture and blood.
